Luxembourg’s Ministry of Culture has announced the programme for the 2026 edition of “Rendez-vous aux jardins”, which will take place from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 June 2026 under the theme “La vue” (“The View”).
According to the ministry, 59 activities will allow visitors to discover around thirty gardens across Luxembourg, including seventeen belonging to private owners.
The programme includes guided and self-guided visits of gardens and heritage sites, creative and educational workshops, concerts, exhibitions, tastings, discovery tours, children’s activities, artistic performances and discussions centred on gardens, nature and cultural heritage.
This edition explores the way gardens guide, structure and enrich our perception. It also offers an opportunity to contemplate landscapes, observe details that may escape the first glance and reflect on what it truly means to “see”.
Launched in 2018 by HEREIN, the European network for information and cooperation on cultural heritage, “Rendez-vous aux jardins” attracts thousands of visitors each year across Europe. According to the Ministry of Culture, around 2,800 gardens welcomed visitors during the 2025 edition.
The complete programme is available at www.jardinsluxembourg.lu; it is also available in national tourist information offices and at the Ministry of Culture.
