The awards ceremony for the Luxembourg Diversity Awards 2025 is taking place on Monday 6 October 2025, from 18:00 to 20:00, at PwC Luxembourg.
The Diversity Awards celebrate and reward best practices in organisations in four categories: Recruitment, Welcome and Integration; Career Management; Well-Being and Working Conditions; Communication and Values of the Organisation.
Participation is free and open to any organisation established in Luxembourg, whether or not it is a signatory of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, regardless of its size, status (private, public or associative) or field of activity.
Applications are open until midnight on Monday 23 June 2025.
The awards ceremony on 6 October is open to all. Among the attendees will be Luxembourg's Minister for Gender Equality and Diversity, Yuriko Backes. A pre-judging panel and then a jury chaired by Minister Backes will select the nominated and winning practices.
