On Saturday 21 March 2026, the Schluechthaus site in Luxembourg-Hollerich will be transformed into a mini festival site, featuring live music, performances and light installations.
The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) said the traditional Season Opening event will take place from 15:00 to 22:00 and will feature a musical programme including performances from a variety of local musical acts including Mutiny on the Bounty, Tuys, Jambal, Ninon, Mudaze and Belrsquad Music.
A series of immersive light creations by studio Velvet Flare and Nina Schaeffer (Thunderbolt & Lightning) will also be installed to “reshape the building’s raw volumes and showcase its distinctive architecture”, offering visitors “a unique sensory experience”.
The VdL said: “Combining artistic discoveries, exploration of the venue and convivial moments around food and drinks stands, this opening event will reveal Schluechthaus’ clear ambition to become a space for meetings and experiences.”
Admission to the event is free.
Food and drinks will be available on site.
