The 15th edition of the "DKV-UrbanTrail" will take place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April 2026, on an urban course with the start and finish line on the Saint-Esprit plateau in Luxembourg City.
Throughout the weekend, participants - whether running or walking - will have the opportunity to experience Luxembourg City and the Grand Duchy's World Heritage Site from new perspectives - from historic alleys to hidden paths, from the Saint-Esprit plateau to Hesperange.
The routes lead through green forests along the Alzette, past landmarks such as the Grand Ducal Palace, the Casemates, the Philharmonie and through the old town located on the rocks.
To ensure the smooth running of the event, the City of Luxembourg confirmed that traffic will be temporarily reorganised in the city centre. Some streets in the Pétrusse Valley and Pfaffenthal will be partially closed on Sunday, between approximately 09:00 and 20:00.
