Luxembourg-based Irish artist Miriam Wilson, known as ROSC ART, has announced that she will present a selection of abstract artworks inspired by dishes created by Michelin-starred chefs at the Valentiny Foundation in Remerschen from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026.

The exhibition will form part of the tenth edition of Konschtmoart, the annual art market held at the Valentiny Foundation. Miriam Wilson's "Dish to Art" series features works created from the dishes of five Michelin-starred chefs in Luxembourg.

According to the artist, ROSC ART's "Dish to Art" series reinterprets the signature dishes of Cyril Molard (two Michelin stars) of Ma Langue Sourit in Moutfort, Louis Linster (two Michelin stars) of Restaurant Louis Linster in Junglinster, René Mathieu (one Michelin star and a Green Star) of Fields, Mathieu van Wetteren (one Michelin star) of Apdikt in Steinfort and Kim de Dood (one Michelin star) of Lys.

Each work begins at the table: after experiencing the culinary creation, the artist photographs each dish, then digitally deconstructs the images to extract their emotion, colour, texture and movement, and reinvents them as abstract compositions. Rather than food photography, the process transforms the dishes into permanent artworks.

The works are produced as limited editions of five archival fine-art prints, presented under acrylic glass or on Dibond aluminium. Each subject is also released as a unique original mixed-media acrylic canvas.

Miriam Wilson said: "A starred dish lives only for the instant of a meal. My work gives it a second — permanent — life, and allows anyone to take home the memory of an extraordinary culinary moment."

The art market will be open on Friday from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 14:00 to 18:00. Entry is free.
