The Grand Ducal Police have reported that on Thursday 25 September 2025, they carried out a large-scale traffic control in Differdange which recorded fourteen driving violations.

According to the police, the large-scale control took place on Thursday morning on Rue Woiver in Differdange, with eight drivers issued fines for not wearing seat belts correctly, resulting in fines of €145 and two penalty points.

In five cases, fines were issued for irregularities related to vehicle documents (three in relation to tax discs, one regarding technical inspection and one relating to a registration certificate).

Moreover, one driver was fined for transporting a child without a prescribed child seat (€145 and 2 points).
