Police Call for Witnesses Following Mugging in Ettelbruck

On Tuesday 7 October 2025, the Grand Ducal Police launched a call for witnesses following a report of a mugging in Ettelbruck.

According to initial information, on the afternoon of Tuesday 7 October 2025 at around 15:20 on Rue de la Gare in Ettelbruck, a man forcibly snatched a necklace from a person’s neck and then fled in the direction of the railway bridge. A police search for the suspect was unsuccessful.
