The Grand Ducal Police have reported the arrest of suspects who had stolen a victim's necklace in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie on Wednesday 8 October 2025.
On Wednesday afternoon, the police received a report of a theft on Rue St Willibrord. According to preliminary information, three perpetrators stole the victim's necklace. The victim was not injured in the incident.
The police initiated a manhunt and managed to apprehend the three suspects, two of whom were arrested by order of the public prosecutor. They were brought before an investigating judge on the morning of Thursday 9 October 2025. The third suspect was placed in a special section for minors at the Schrassig penitentiary centre.
