The Grand Ducal Police have reported the detention of three young suspects in connection with a burglary in Altrier.
On Wednesday 15 October 2025, at approximately 16:15, police received reports of a break-in at a single-family home in Op der Schanz in Altrier. The perpetrators reportedly fled in a vehicle toward Junglinster. As part of a subsequent search, the vehicle was stopped on the A7 motorway between the Grünewald junction and Waldhof. The occupants were three minors.
By order of the public prosecutor's office, the vehicle and the stolen property were confiscated, reports were filed for the protection of minors and the three suspects were placed in an appropriate facility.
