The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a man was injured during an altercation in Capellen on Friday 26 December 2025.
According to the police, on Friday evening they were alerted to an incident on Rue de la Gare in Capellen, where a man had been injured with a knife during a dispute. The victim and the suspected perpetrator were known to each other. The injured man was taken to hospital and is no longer in life-threatening condition.
On the orders of the public prosecutor’s office, the suspected perpetrator was arrested.
