The Grand Ducal Police have reported the confiscation of an e-scooter following a speeding incident in Schifflange.
On the afternoon of Sunday 12 April 2026, a police patrol on Rue de Schifflange noticed an e-scooter rider overtaking several vehicles at excessive speed. Moments later, he fell and was injured. Investigations revealed that the e-scooter's top speed significantly exceeded the legal maximum.
On the orders of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the e-scooter was confiscated and a report was filed.
