On the occasion of its traditional Fête des lauréats, the management of Cactus and Caterman (Cactus Restaurants & Traiteur de Schnékert), honoured 196 employees who between them had achieved 10 and 25 years of service.
Each year, Cactus organises the event to honour employees who contribute 10 to 25 years for the prosperity of the group. This year, the 196 winners included 133 who had worked there for 10 years and 63 who had worked there for 25 years, offering loyal service.
During a gala dinner, the staff were awarded gifts by Max Leesch, President and CEO of the Cactus group, Laurent Schonckert, director of the Cactus group, and Fritz Hotschnig, director of Caterman.
Robert Faymonville, Director of Human Resources, said: "We are very proud to organise this festival every year which marks the 10 or 25 years (long service) of our employees. The high number of winners reflects a corporate culture that focuses on the satisfaction and development of employees. We invest heavily in training with the main objective (being the) motivation of our employees."
