On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November 2025, basketball teams across Luxembourg competed in Game Day 9 of the Men’s Enovos League, where the league leaders extended their winning run whilst their closest challengers faced each other in a direct encounter.

Sparta Bertrange extended their perfect start to the season, securing a ninth consecutive victory since the opening gameweek. The league leaders hosted the 2023/2024 champions Amicale Steinsel and established an eleven-point advantage (31-20) after the first quarter. Luxembourg international Max Logelin led the way early on for Karl Abou Khalil’s team, scoring eleven points in the opening ten minutes. Sparta entered the final quarter with a 74-60 lead, which proved sufficient despite Amicale reducing the deficit to six points late in the game (89-83). The standout scorer was once again 36-year-old American forward Jarvis Terrill Williams, who finished with 31 points. Amicale’s record now stands at four wins and five losses.

Arantia Larochette continued their push for a top-three position. Karolis Abramavičius’ team came into their match against last season’s finalists T71 Dudelange with an identical 6-2 record. Arantia, however, claimed their seventh home victory of the campaign, taking control with a 52-36 lead at half-time. Dudelange narrowed the gap to twelve points in the third quarter, but Yves Defraigne’s team were unable to close in further, as Larochette sealed a 93-79 win. A double-double from Jimmie Lee Taylor III, 31 points and ten rebounds, was not enough to keep the visitors in contention, though it made the American the game’s top scorer.

Current Men’s Enovos League champions Etzella Ettelbruck also recorded their seventh win of the season, defeating newcomers Racing Luxembourg 93-76 at home. Racing edged the first quarter 25-24 and kept Etzella within reach until the final period, trailing by just three points. However, in the closing ten minutes, Gavin Alexander Love’s team pulled away decisively, winning the final quarter by fourteen points to secure the result. Two American players led Etzella’s scoring, with guard Adrian Jermaine Delph and centre-forward Nicholas Thomas Davis each contributing 23 points.
