The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) Financial Services Group has announced that it will host a Crisis Management Workshop at the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) Technopolis Campus in Luxembourg-Cessange (12C Imp. Drosbach) on Thursday 22 May 2025, from 08:00 to 10:30.
According to the BCC, the workshop is designed for “leaders across all functions who want to develop practical, adaptable skills to lead with confidence during times of disruption” and “whether you are currently facing a crisis - from people related challenges or compliance pressures to financial instability or reputational risk - or simply want to strengthen your future readiness, this workshop is for you”.
The event is targeted at department heads, project leaders, risk, compliance, operations, Human Resource (HR) and finance managers and anyone involved in making decisions under pressure.
The workshop will offer:
⁃ a simple, effective Crisis Management Blueprint (Pivotal 6A Framework);
⁃ a leadership model tailored for pressure situations (CLEAR);
⁃ real-world case study, including regulatory and team crises;
⁃ a chance to practise skills in a live interactive crisis simulation;
⁃ tools to help leaders anticipate, respond and recover from operational, reputational or strategic threats.
The workshop will be run by Lola Goggins, who brings over 30 years of experience leading and transforming organisations across the financial services, technology, and re/insurance sectors. She led teams through high-pressure regulatory audits, legacy clean-ups, reputational crises and major systems overhauls.
Attendance cots €20 for non-members; free for members; prior registration is obligatory – see https://www.bcc.lu/events/upcoming-events/?civiwp=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/event/info&reset=1&id=386
