Organisers have announced that the Bazar International de Luxembourg (International Bazaar) will be officially opened by Grand Duchess Stéphanie on Friday 21 November 2025.

The charity event at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg is expected to welcome more than 40,000 visitors over three days. To accommodate the rising number of visitors and offer additional space and seating areas, organisers have moved the event to Halls 7, 8 and 9, after previous editions had been held in Halls 1 and 2.

With its unique combination of global culture, volunteer-driven spirit and charitable mission, the International Bazaar continues to be a key international community event in Luxembourg. In addition to being a charity initiative, the Bazaar is a celebration of global cultures. From international food stands to handmade crafts and cultural traditions, visitors can experience the richness of the world in one place. There will be over 60 stands on site, with organisers confirming the return of the Venezuela and Uganda stands this year.

The organisers said: “This event brings people together, showcasing the power of cultural unity in contributing to important charitable causes in a non-political and non-religious setting.”

Organisers have further announced that the 2025 edition of the Bazaar will feature:

  • 30% more space to explore and significantly more seating areas;
  • smoother visitor flow, with priority lines for families and elderly guests at both entrances, supported by specially trained agents;
  • reusable cups and sustainable practices, emphasising that generosity and responsibility go hand in hand;
  • easier payments, with Payconiq accepted alongside cash and card payments.

There will also be various cultural events taking place throughout the weekend, including traditional dances, folk music and Mongolian and Japanese performances, and The Kleeschen (St Nicholas) will visit children at the event on Sunday at 13:00.
