On Monday 9 February 2026, Luxembourg-based NGO Unity Foundation reported that its RestEau Engagé initiative had raised €5,000 through the sale of 10,000 Thalus Water Box products at Cocottes.
The RestEau Engagé campaign is a fundraising initiative run by the NGO in partnership with Thalus Water and participating restaurants/cafés in Luxembourg to support the organisation’s education and community-development projects. It encourages customers to buy Thalus Water Box products at partner venues, with a portion of the proceeds donated directly to Unity Foundation’s programmes that help fund schools, training initiatives and local development work abroad.
In its press release, Unity Foundation thanked owner of Cocottes Stéphanie Jauquet and her team at Cocottes and highlighted the money raised will support the NGO’s partner educational projects. Unity Foundation said the initiative was “without any doubt, a remarkable model of partnership and generosity resulting in concrete impact through collaboration and commitment”.
Unity Foundation is focused on empowering local communities through education and capacity-building programmes. It works in partnership with a network of local organisations in Africa, Asia and Latin America to support community-led development projects that improve education, vocational skills and community well-being.
