An information village with themed tents will be set up at Place d’Armes, where visitors can learn about the history, missions and activities of the foundation, FAL noted. Interactive spaces will provide opportunities for discussion and awareness.

Activities for all ages will be offered, including card and pin creation, a photo booth and an accessible sports course. A workshop focusing on sensory experiences and the methodologies used by the foundation will also be available, the foundation added.

The foundation will also present “Kalm Stuff”, a mobile sensory tent described as a new concept in Luxembourg. This space is designed to provide a calm and safe environment for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), who may experience sensory overload at public events.

According to FAL, the initiative aims to provide a calming space, raise awareness of sensory needs, promote the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals and support a more inclusive society.

Through this event, the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg aims to celebrate its 30 years of work while promoting greater understanding of autism and strengthening inclusion in social, cultural and sporting life.
