New Women-Only Party Event to Launch in Luxembourg

MAMAGOESDANCING has announced that the first Luxembourg edition of its women-only early-evening dance event will take place on Saturday 3 October 2026 at Apoteca Club in Luxembourg-Ville from 20:00 to 23:00.

Organised by Anja and Bibi, who are both mothers, the women-only event brings to Luxembourg a party concept built around earlier hours than a traditional night out. It is open to women of all ages, regardless of whether they have children.

The concept originated in Wuppertal, Germany, where founders Andrea and Anna, both mothers of two, wanted to go out dancing but found traditional clubbing hours difficult to combine with family life. They subsequently created MAMAGEHTTANZEN, offering three hours of dancing earlier in the evening. The concept has since expanded to a number of cities across Europe.

According to the Luxembourg organisers, the event aims to provide a welcoming environment where women can dance, socialise and meet new people without staying out until the early hours.

The music will range from classics of the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s to current chart hits, including rock, pop and hip-hop.
