On Tuesday 22 September 2026, Luxembourg's Ministry of Home Affairs announced the appointment of new aldermen in the City of Esch-sur-Alzette and the municipality of Kayl.
By ministerial decree dated Monday 21 September 2026, Daliah Scholl, Mandy Ragni and Pascal Bermes were appointed as aldermen of the City of Esch-sur-Alzette.
By a separate ministerial decree of the same date, Romain Daubenfeld was appointed as an alderman of the municipality of Kayl.
Prior to their appointments, Daliah Scholl and Pascal Bermes served as municipal councillors in Esch-sur-Alzette, while Mandy Ragni previously served as an alderwoman of the city. Bermes has also served as Director of Lycée de Garçons Esch-sur-Alzette.
