On Tuesday 4 November 2025, Luxembourg’s Ministry for Research and Higher Education reported on the 39th edition of the Student Fair, which took place on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 October 2025 on the Belval university campus in Esch-Belval.

The fair, organised by the Ministry for Research and Higher Education in collaboration with the Association of Luxembourg Student Circles (ACEL), attracted a large audience of final-year students (first and second years) who were able to find information on higher education, student life and professional prospects both in Luxembourg and abroad.

The ministry said that more than 150 exhibitors — including numerous national and international higher education institutions, as well as student circles and associations — were available to present their offerings: study programmes, admission requirements, campus life, internships and career opportunities.

The services of the Ministry of Research and Higher Education were also present to provide personalised advice, including information on government financial support for higher education and the procedures for enrolling in institutions in Luxembourg or abroad.

“The Student Fair has become, over the years, a key moment to support young people in their future choices. Direct exchanges with institutions, students, and professionals allow future students to build their study plans in an informed way. I am delighted to see how actively our young people seek information, engage and plan for their future,” remarked Stéphanie Obertin, Minister for Research and Higher Education, during her visit.
