On Wednesday 15 April 2026, Keep Contact announced that its media monitoring platform Saaskia® is integrating language models developed by French artificial intelligence company Mistral AI, marking a new step in the platform’s evolution and strengthening its MediaTech positioning in Luxembourg and internationally.
In its announcement, the Luxembourg-based agency said the integration allows Saaskia® to move beyond traditional media monitoring by providing a more structured and strategic understanding of information. The platform is designed to transform large volumes of media content into actionable insights, addressing the growing challenge of navigating an increasingly dense and fragmented media landscape.
According to Keep Contact, artificial intelligence enhances and accelerates content processing but remains part of a hybrid approach combining technology with human expertise. Each analysis produced by Saaskia® is supervised and enriched by human input to ensure context, prioritisation and editorial quality.

Beyond summarisation, the integration also improves content extraction and structuring, while ensuring compliance with copyright rules, GDPR requirements and media pluralism principles.
