Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy and Luxinnovation have unveiled the five companies selected for the first cohort of the Fit 4 Scale programme.

Organised by Luxinnovation together with the ministry, Fit 4 Scale supports companies with strong growth potential and international ambition, while strengthening structured scaleup support in Luxembourg. It is part of the Luxembourg government's ten-point action plan to strengthen the startup and scaleup ecosystem.

After the Fit 4 Scale call closed in December 2025, ten companies were pre-selected and invited to an on-site pitching session where each candidate presented its scaleup strategy followed by a short Q&A session and discussion.

The final selection was carried out by five independent lead mentors, all experienced entrepreneurs with backgrounds in scaling and fundraising: Christophe Bianco, co-founder of Excellium Services, now part of Thales; Genna Elvin, co-founder of Tadaweb; Robert Glaesener, co-founder of Talkwalker and Internaxx; Tom Michels, co-founder of Salonkee; and Xavier Buck, co-founder of EuroDNS.

The selected companies are:

  • A352, a fintech company offering the Financial Navigator treasury management solution;
  • AIRMO, a climate and space tech company that monitors methane emissions using proprietary instruments;
  • ClimateCamp, a software as a service (SaaS) company that provides a digital platform to help companies measure and track their CO2 footprint;
  • Kidola, a digital management platform for childcare facilities;
  • Partao, a digital marketplace specialising in heavy machinery parts.

Companies were assessed individually against key criteria, including value proposition and innovation, growth trajectory and international ambition, team quality and relevance for the Fit 4 Scale framework. In addition to the formal evaluation criteria, mentors paid particular attention to each company's ability to fully leverage one-to-one entrepreneurial support, which is at the heart of the programme.

Over the coming months, the five selected companies will be formally onboarded into the Fit 4 Scale programme. They will receive one-to-one mentoring from their lead mentors and have access to expert sessions, deep-dive modules on scaling challenges including sales and finance, AI acceleration support, capital access guidance, visibility support and targeted internationalisation assistance tailored to their growth challenges.

Fit 4 Scale is designed as a demanding journey, requiring commitment and execution from the participating companies. At the same time, it aims to offer a unique support system aligned with the realities of scaling, giving each company the opportunity to accelerate growth and pursue international ambitions with experienced guidance.

"Fit 4 Scale is a strategic pillar of Luxembourg's scaleup journey. By combining entrepreneurial mentoring with tailored support, the programme helps high-potential companies transition from strong local players into internationally competitive scaleups, while reinforcing their role as drivers of innovation and economic impact," said Lex Delles, Luxembourg's Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism.

The programme officially kicks off in early March 2026 and will run until its closing session at Luxembourg Venture Days in October 2026.
