Luxembourg’s newest recruitment platform LetzRecruit held its official launch party at Tero House17 in Luxembourg-Ville on Tuesday 12 May 2026, with the event showcasing the company’s approach to offering a more personalised experience for jobseekers in the Grand Duchy.

Around 60 guests were welcomed to the official launch of the platform, including Luxembourg politician and former President of the Chamber of Deputies Laurent Mosar, as well as a variety of business and Human Resource leaders from across the Luxembourg community.

During the event, LetzRecruit founder Richard Neale introduced the platform and highlighted the benefits it offers employers and jobseekers alike. Drawing on more than 20 years of recruitment experience, he explained how the platform has been designed to enhance the recruitment process for both employers and potential employees, particularly as the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) reshapes the job seeking process.

Noting the uniqueness of jobhunting in the Grand Duchy, LetzRecruit said: “Luxembourg is a human-led market, where reputation and direct connections carry more weight than an algorithm.”

Following the presentation, guests were invited to participate in a walking dinner, providing the attendees an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate the launch together.
