On Friday 16 October 2026, recruitment platform and HR media outlet, Alleyesonme.jobs, announced the launch of the first job search platform in Luxembourg dedicated to students.

Called "Alleyesonme.jobs Students", the page offers more than 250 listings in Luxembourg reserved for students, including internships, jobs for junior profiles and VIE (International Corporate Volunteer) positions, specially filtered to match their needs and support them toward their first professional experience.

The new page is fully integrated into the existing Alleyesonme.jobs website, with more than 2,700 active listings, all published by companies hiring for themselves.

According to Eurostat, the unemployment rate for under-25s in Luxembourg reached 19.7% in January 2026, compared with an EU average of 15.2%. Today, a degree is no longer enough to protect young people: the rise of AI is making entry-level positions scarcer, and junior IT job listings are already declining. At ADEM, the number of registered resident young jobseekers rose by 10% over one year as of July 2026.

"A student looking for a first internship or a first job doesn't need more noise; they need clarity and someone to turn to," said Nicolas Speeckaert, CEO and co-founder of Alleyesonme.jobs.

"We are the first Luxembourg job board to devote a full space to them, to support them, guide them and open doors for them. Making this first step easier also helps companies spot tomorrow's talent earlier."

Integrated into the Alleyesonme.jobs website, Alleyesonme.jobs Students is a dedicated space that brings together job listings in Luxembourg for junior profiles:

• Internships, from end-of-studies internships to first immersions in a company,

• Student jobs, to fund one's studies while gaining experience,

• VIE positions, to go abroad within a secure framework.

Beyond job listings, the space has a broader ambition: to support and guide young people as they enter the labour market in the Grand Duchy. In time, Alleyesonme.jobs Students will also offer content created specifically by the Alleyesonme.jobs editorial team, providing useful information for starting a career, such as CV and job interview tips, and practical guides on employment contracts, pay and administrative procedures for cross-border workers.

Alleyesonme.jobs Students is available in English, French and German.
