Luxembourg’s National Roads Administration has announced upcoming roadworks on the N5 between Bascharage and Pétange.
The roadworks will take place from around 08:00 on Monday 17 November until around 17:00 on Friday 5 December 2025.
As part of the redevelopment of the intersection between Rue de la Reconnaissance Nationale, Route de Luxembourg, Rue Jules Hemmer and Rue des Ateliers, the N5 national road will be closed in both directions over a distance of approximately 200 metres between Bascharage and Pétange during this period.
Diversions will be signposted and regulated by traffic lights at the intersection.
