Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced a decrease in certain fuel prices.
As of Thursday 26 March 2026, the price per litre of unleaded 98 octane petrol has dropped by 6.0 cents to €1.814 (including VAT), while diesel has fallen by 9.5 cents to €1.982 per litre.
Home heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥1,500 litres) is now priced at €1.437 per litre, a decrease of 9.5 cents. Industrial and commercial diesel prices have dropped by 9.5 cents to €1.537 per litre, while agricultural and horticultural diesel prices have decreased by 9.6 cents to €1.384 per litre.
Meanwhile, prices remain unchanged for unleaded 95 octane petrol at €1.759 per litre, LPG at €0.930 per litre and bulk propane for household use at €0.953 per litre.
