Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in petrol prices.

As of Tuesday 31 March 2026, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has risen by 5.8 cents to €1.758 per litre (including VAT), while that of unleaded 98 octane petrol has increased by 4.4 cents to €1.858 per litre.

Diesel and heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥ 1 500 litres) prices remain unchanged at €2.005 and €1.464 per litre, respectively.

Prices for diesel for industrial and commercial use (€1.561/L), diesel for agricultural and horticultural use (€1.408/L), LPG (93.0 cents/L) and propane (95.3 cents/L) are also unaffected at this time.

Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent weeks amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
