This week-end, at the International Streetfood Festival in Schifflange from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 June 2016, Luxembourg's Ramborn cider is launching two new blends, Ramborn Farmhouse and Ramborn Somerset Blend, building on the success of its CM Blend.
Ramborn Farmhouse pays tribute to Luxembourg's long cider tradition; it is a very dry cider with hardly any sugar left behind after fermentation, and Ramborn Somerset Blend takes a spark of inspiration from England's West Country (such as Kingston Black, Ashton Bitter and Dabinett), combining natural acidity and freshness of many traditional apple varieties in Luxembourg. Back in april, Ramborn Cider launched the 2016 release of their CM blend, a medium dry cider made in Luxembourg from traditional apple varieties; this launch was very successful.
The launch will be at the Ramborn Cider stand at the International Streetfood Festival in Schifflange where members of the public can order a "flight" of cider, a wooden paddle holding a glass of each Ramborn cider blend.
After the launch, the Farmhouse and Somerset Blend will be only available from the Ramborn online shop and a few selected partners (to be announced).
