Luxembourg-based international professional women's association The NETWORK has announced that it is organising an event dedicated to "Mastering Your Unique Value Proposition" on Monday 24 November 2025 at Amazon in Luxembourg-Kirchberg (38 Avenue John F Kennedy), from 18:00.

The session is designed exclusively for women who want to articulate their "Unique Value Proposition" (UVP), which The NETWORK described as the key to advancing their career, growing their business or elevating their personal brand.

In today's fast-moving, competitive world, knowing one's value is not enough - individuals must be able to communicate their UVP clearly and confidently. Whether interviewing for their next role, pitching clients or positioning their brand, a strong UVP helps people to:

  • stand out from others with similar skills;
  • attract the right opportunities and partnerships;
  • build confidence in how they present themselves and their work;
  • take control of their professional narrative.

The event promises attendees an opportunity to:

  • discover what truly sets them apart in their field;
  • learn a simple, proven framework to craft their UVP;
  • practise communicating their value with authenticity and impact;
  • leave with a polished UVP statement they can use immediately in interviews, pitches or networking.

The interactive session is being led by Gabriela Nguyen-Groza, founder and managing partner at Amrop Luxembourg. Gabriela's experience spans across sectors and countries, as a Trusted Advisor for Boards, CEOs and their executive teams. She is specialised in international executive searches (iNED and C-Suite), leadership development and corporate governance.

According to the organisers, the event is designed for women professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders, as well as anyone seeking more clarity and confidence in their personal or professional brand.
