French contemporary painter Franck Noto will present his first exhibition in Luxembourg from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 December 2025 at Subtile gallery in Luxembourg-Belair (21A Avenue Gaston Diderich).
The exhibition “Trait d’Union”, presented by Marseille-based Galerie Diego Escobar, reflects the artist’s interest in continuity and connection, expressed through abstract compositions that combine line, colour and rhythm.
Describing artist’s approach, the organisers noted: “The line asserts itself as a vector of energy and colour as a vibrant wave that traverses and structures the pictorial space. His abstract work unfolds in a dialogue between surface and depth, opacity and transparency, composition and impulse.”
Based in Montpellier, Franck Noto has worked for more than 20 years in abstract art, exploring energy, tension and rhythm through layered gestures and chromatic contrasts. His practice also extends to sculpture and design.
The opening reception will take place on Thursday 4 December at 18:00, in the presence of the artist, after which the exhibition will follow its regular opening hours of 10:00 to 19:00 on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 December, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Sunday 7 December.
