Fondation Enovos has awarded its Prix d’Excellence to six engineering students for their final project.
For the fifth time, Fondation Enovos and its partners Association da Vinci and ANEIL (Association Nationale des Etudiants Ingénieurs Luxembourgeois) offered its Prix d’Excellence to students with the best final engineering project.
The objective of the initiative is to highlight the importance of engineering studies and careers. It also promotes progress in the sciences and new technologies which are able to improve the quality of life in a sustainable way.
An independent jury made up of six engineers chose the six best final projects from 16 candidates. The winners Eric Heinen, Tom Steichen, Marc Dielissen, Michel Bichler, Françoise Tock and Gilles Cosyn won €2,500 for their excellent projects.
Present at this year’s prize giving were Marc Solvi, the President of Fondation Enovos, Jean Lucius, the CEO of Encevo (Enovos’ parent company), Anouk Godelet, the President of ANEIL, Professor Dr. Lucien Hoffmann, the Director of LIST’s Department of Environmental Research and Innovation, and Michel Pundel, the President of the jury.
