Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg (JEL) has announced the winning projects of its Innovation Camp at the House of Startups, organised in collaboration with Luxembourg’s Ministry of Gender Equality and Diversity.

This year’s edition, held on Thursday 13 November 2025, focused on how the city of tomorrow can be shaped as a place where women, men and all gender identities can feel represented and fully included.

Organised two to three times per year and open to students who are at least sixteen years old, the Innovation Camp is an immersive one-day experience during which participants must take on a real entrepreneurial challenge.

Divided into mixed and randomly assigned groups, they have a few hours to imagine, design and present an innovative solution. The programme encourages entrepreneurial education while promoting creativity, imagination and the potential of young people.

After a morning presentation from the ministry, ten teams of young people spent four hours developing their ideas before presenting them to a jury made up of Ann Müller, General Coordinator at LUGA, Annemie Maquil, Human Resources Manager and Equal Opportunities Officer at the City of Luxembourg (VdL), Carmen Niethammer, Senior Gender Specialist at the European Investment Bank (EIB), Sven Baltes, Director of JEL, and Tom Becker, Research and Development Specialist at the University of Luxembourg (Uni.lu).

The event concluded with the awards ceremony.
