The International Business and Professional Network (IBPN) has announced it will host an interactive workshop on inclusive communication, cross-cultural awareness and public speaking, taking place on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at Oekozenter Pafendall in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

The session aims to explore how communication differs across cultures, languages and professional environments, helping participants to develop greater confidence, clarity and adaptability in the way they communicate, noted the organisers.

Through group exercises, role play, speaking challenges and collaborative activities, attendees will experience communication challenges firsthand while building practical skills for diverse workplaces.

ABPN added that the workshop will also examine how inclusion begins before stepping onto a stage by encouraging awareness, understanding different perspectives and creating environments where every voice can participate.

Organisers described the event as a supportive and engaging learning experience designed to provide tools that participants can apply immediately in meetings, presentations, networking situations and everyday workplace interactions.

The workshop will be led by Kasia Vox, a public speaking coach and multilingual conference host who has moderated several business events in Luxembourg. With a background in education, communication and multicultural environments, she specialises in helping professionals communicate with confidence, clarity and cultural awareness.

The workshop will last three hours and 30 minutes. Registration is required. The participation fee for non-members is €25.
