On Thursday 19 February 2026, Restaurant Les Roses at Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains hosted an evening combining gastronomy, art and artificial intelligence.
According to Casino 2000, the event brought together Chef François Jagut and AI artist Morgane Soulier for a four-act dinner developed through what organisers described as “a dialogue between human creativity and algorithm”.
The immersive concept explored a new form of culinary storytelling, with artificial intelligence acting as a bridge between visual imagination and flavour. For the first three acts, Morgane Soulier created AI-generated artworks, which François Jagut translated into dishes inspired by the images. For the dessert, the process was reversed, with the chef’s creation serving as the starting point for a visual work.
In a statement, Casino 2000 described the experience as “a menu born from a dialogue between art and technology” and said the evening aimed to reflect on the place of AI in contemporary creative practice, emphasising that the algorithm does not replace the human element but can open new artistic perspectives.
Each course was accompanied by an explanation of its inspiration and the role of AI in the creative process. An exhibition of AI-generated works by Morgane Soulier was also presented in the restaurant, echoing the menu and offering guests a visual extension of the concept.
Casino 2000 added that the menu created for the occasion is available to the public from Friday 20 February 2026.
