The Brasserie Pavillon Ouerbett officially opened its doors in Kayl on Wednesday 15 October 2025.

The new brasserie is located on the site of the former Eden Rose restaurant in Parc Ouerbett in Kayl.

Speaking to Chronicle.lu at an intimate gathering on Wednesday evening, restaurant operator Tom Remacle of Traiteur-Remacle explained that the Brasserie Pavillon Ouerbett had opened its doors at 10:00 that morning. He noted: "We have a little brasserie with 36 places, near a children’s playground."

As a Luxembourgish-French brasserie, the menu includes dishes such as Bouchée à la Reine (Paschtéit) and Cordon Bleu (with a French touch). "We are a small, family business," Tom Remacle added.

The Brasserie Pavillon Ouerbett is accessible on foot via Rue de Tétange, Rue du Faubourg and Rue du Moulin, as well as from the Cactus supermarket car park.
