On Tuesday 28 October 2025, around 100 guests gathered in Esch-Belval as Rockhal inaugurated its new RockhalCafé (5 Avenue du Rock 'n' Roll), a venue adjoining the concert hall.

The launch event featured live performances by Danny Menezes and C DREW, tastings from an Asian fusion menu, complimentary drinks, and the presentation of the new RockhalCafé concept and upcoming events.

Max Leches, Operations Manager of Concept Partners, told Chronicle.lu that the reopening marked the return of a venue that had closed nearly three years ago. “It’s a big opening - we’re expecting many guests to rediscover how we’ve changed it,” he said.

He explained that the cafe aims to offer a dynamic and innovative dining experience, with a menu inspired by Asian fusion cuisine. “People will not get just a simple burger or fries, but creations from all over Asia - Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, combined with Western influences,” he noted.

According to Max Leches, the café currently employs a team of ten people, divided between kitchen and service staff, with plans to expand if needed. He added that the location offers “the perfect mix between Rockhal itself and RockhalCafé, a place to enjoy dinner before a concert or have a drink afterwards.”

The RockhalCafé is the thirteenth establishment in the Concept Partners network, Max Leches confirmed.
