On Friday 10 October 2025, POST Luxembourg announced the renewal of the collective labour agreement for its employees.

The LCGB and OGBL trade unions and the P&T union have reached an agreement with the management of POST Luxembourg for the renewal of this agreement.

For the first time, the collective labour agreement was signed entirely electronically via LuxTrust, noted POST Luxembourg.

Concluded for a period of three years until 31 December 2027, the new agreement comes into force retroactively as of 1 January 2025, subject to acceptance of its filing by the competent minister and following approval by the Board of Directors of POST Luxembourg.

The negotiations, officially launched on 6 May 2025, resulted in an agreement signed on Friday 10 October 2025, which provides in particular for:

  • a linear revaluation of the salary scale of 2%, with retroactive effect to 1 January 2025;
  • a salary increase of 0.50% from 1 January 2026;
  • an adjustment of annual leave: each employee will now benefit from a minimum of 28 days of annual leave upon hiring, increased to 30 days after ten years of recognised seniority.

According to POST Luxembourg, the renewal of this agreement demonstrates a constructive social dialogue between the social partners and management. The negotiators expressed their satisfaction with the agreements reached, which they said reflect a shared desire to strengthen the attractiveness of POST Luxembourg while meeting the expectations of employees.
