Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in certain fuel prices.
As of Thursday 8 January 2026, the price of LPG fuel increased by 0.4 cents to €0.690 per litre (including VAT) and the price of bulk propane for household use increased by 1.7 cents to €0.730 per litre (including VAT).
Meanwhile, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol remains unchanged at €1.410 per litre (including VAT), unleaded 98 octane petrol remains stable at €1.539 per litre (including VAT) and the price per litre of diesel remains at €1.389 (including VAT).
Home heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥1,500 l) is unchanged at €0.822 (including VAT), with industrial and commercial diesel, as well as agricultural and horticultural diesel, remaining at €0.947 and €0.794 (including VAT) respectively.
