The Danish Church in Luxembourg has announced its traditional Luciagudstjeneste (Lucia service) on Sunday 14 December at 16:00 in Medingen.
According to the church, this year’s service will take the form of a musical celebration, with a programme centred on singing in the Christmas season through a selection of traditional Christmas songs.
The confirmation girls will lead the Lucia procession, while the confirmation boys will gather beforehand in the cultural centre to bake biscuits. These homemade treats will be served together with gløgg after the service.
