Details: The Russian Charity Ball 2013 is being held on Saturday 19 January at the Cercle Cité from 19:00 to celebrate New Year in Luxembourg. The event will raise money once again for the «SOS Village d’enfants» and «Podsolnukh» charities. In 2012, the Russian Club of Luxembourg donated €23,000,00 to “SOS Village d’Enfants” to support homeless children in Pskov region in Russia and €22,982,74 in favour of HIV positive children supported by the Russian charity fund “Podsolnukh”. The Russian Charity Ball is promoting Russian culture and integration in Luxembourg, introducing Russian traditions, cuisine and arts to Luxembourg and international communities and, last but not least, having one of the most exclusive and fun night out. The 2nd edition of the Russian Charity Ball is being held under the patronage of Etienne Schneider, the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade of Luxembourg, and of Mr Alexander Shulgin, his Excellency Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Programme 19:00 – 19:45:- Arrival of the guests- Welcome drink with Champagne and Vodka served at the “Foyer” at Cercle Cité- Ambient music by a live band 19:45 – 20:00:- Opening of the «Grande Salle » of the Cercle Cité - Guests are invited by the charming Russian hostesses to take a seat 20.00:- Opening of the dinner 22:30 - 03:00 Dancing During the 6-course dinner, live entertainment and a fashion show will entertain the guests, with a charity tombole too.
