TERRA Steakhouse, a Luxembourg-based restaurant and part of the Mansogroup, is set to represent the Grand Duchy at the upcoming “Meat & Fire Festival” in Barcelona (Spain) from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 June 2025.

The restaurant will take part under the slogan 'Small Country, Big Brisket', showcasing its “signature melt-in-mouth slow cooked brisket”, described as a reflection of its focus on “premium beef, quality, and innovation”.

Chef Manuel Barra will lead Luxembourg’s top-rated steakhouse (according to Tripadvisor guest reviews) as it joins pitmasters from around the world in a showcase of open-flame cooking techniques.

“Bringing the finest meat to our guests drives us, and we’re thrilled to share our craft internationally - this is about culture, connection and culinary passion,” said Chef Manuel Barra. He added: “We’re proud to represent Luxembourg with our own identity and passion. ‘Meat & Fire’ is more than a festival, it’s a community and we’re excited to be part of it.”

The Meat & Fire Festival is expected to attract over 30,000 visitors over three days and will feature more than 30 international chefs from countries including Argentina, the United States and Brazil. The event will take place at Moll de la Fusta, Port Vell, in Barcelona.

Yannis Xydias, Director of Mansogroup, commented: “TERRA Steakhouse aims to elevate Luxembourg’s dining scene by sourcing the best cuts and techniques from around the world. This festival sharpens our skills, fuels our world-class vision and raises the team’s aspirations.”
