According to Art-Management, Rafael Springer combines traditional craftsmanship with avant-garde techniques in works characterised by bold colours, intricate details and emotional themes. The organisers noted that his work has previously been exhibited internationally, including in New York and Berlin. Discussing his work, Rafael Springer stated: “My monoprints are part of my ‘Endlos’ and ‘Dreams’ series, hand-printed from inked plastic bags and woodcuts on collages of LIDL advertisements and others, leaving room for chance and the simplicity of forms and human emotions.”
Kristina Mygul is a Ukrainian multidisciplinary artist working across painting, installation and performance art. Based in Luxembourg since 2022, she was recently listed in the Lëtzebuerger Konschtlexikon at the National Museum of Archaeology, History and Art (MNAHA). According to the organisers, she has participated in more than twenty collective and solo exhibitions across several European countries.
Discussing the exhibition, Kristina Mygul stated: “The exhibition brings together my works created at different moments of life and in different emotional states. They form a space of quiet presence – a reminder of sensitivity as an essential part of the human experience and of the ability to remain sensitive even when it hurts.”
