On Thursday 1 October 2026, international corporate, private client and fund services provider Hawksford (Luxembourg) SA announced the completion of the legal and operational merger of three of its recently acquired Luxembourg businesses: United Luxembourg; Equiom Luxembourg; and YT Investor Services.

The merger concerns Hawksford's three Luxembourg entities regulated as Professionals of the Financial Sector (Professionnels du Secteur Financier - PSF) by Luxembourg's financial regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). The combined business will operate as Hawksford's Luxembourg business, bringing together the three companies' corporate and fund services.

Your TACS SA, which formed part of Hawksford's acquisition of YT Group, is not included in the merger. The company, regulated by the Luxembourg Order of Chartered Accountants (Ordre des Experts-Comptables - OEC), will continue to operate as Your TACS - Part of Hawksford.

According to Hawksford, the merger marks the completion of the first phase of its Luxembourg growth strategy. Following the acquisitions, the group now employs more than 70 sector professionals in Luxembourg.

The merged Luxembourg operation will be led locally by Claude Crauser, Managing Director – Funds, and Managing Director – Corporate Sinan Sar.

Commenting on the merger, Sinan Sar said: “This move to bring together our three Luxembourg businesses under one Hawksford umbrella provides clients with greater clarity, enabling enhanced access to local expertise and Hawksford’s international network spanning a full range of corporate and fund services. With a clear commitment to personalised service, we look forward to continuing to enhance our support for clients.”

Claude Crauser added: “The completion of this merger represents a significant milestone for Hawksford, reflecting its commitment to the jurisdiction as a key strategic hub for cross-border structuring and international investment, and laying the foundations for continued investment in people, technology, governance and operational infrastructure. Looking forward, Luxembourg will play an important role as a centre of expertise for the Group’s corporate and fund services and as part of its future European and global expansion plans.”
