The association of Ukrainians in Luxembourg, LUkraine Asbl, has announced details of a rally being held on Saturday 21 February 2026 in Luxembourg city.
The meeting point is in front of the train station at Luxembourg-Gare at 13:45, for a 14:00 start.
The organisers have reported "On the 4th anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we call on everyone who believes in freedom, democracy and human dignity to stand with us and join the march and rally organised by LUkraine in cooperation with the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg".
According to the organisers, "For four years, Ukraine has been resisting a brutal war that continues to claim lives, destroy cities and shatter families. This war is not only about Ukraine — it is about the future of Europe and the values we share. Silence and indifference allow violence to continue. By coming together in Luxembourg, we send a clear message: we remember, we care, and we will not look away. It is vital that the people of Luxembourg and the international community continue to see and understand the devastating consequences of Russian aggression — and stand in solidarity with Ukraine. Your presence matters. Each voice matters. Together, we defend the future".
As in previous years, the rally will proceed to the pedestrian area of the city where speeches will be heard.
