Luxembourg's Anti-Doping Agency (ALAD) has announced that it will appeal the decision of the Disciplinary Board (CSD) announced on 17 May 2013 which cleared Luxembourg tennis player Claudine Schaul on the grounds that she had not violated the provisions of the Anti-Doping Code.  

Claudine Schaul had been involved in a court case involving the use and trafficking of drugs.
