On Friday 26 June 2026, Luxembourg trade unions the LCGB and OGBL announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement with CFL cargo and CFL technics, covering nearly 550 employees until 30 June 2028.

According to the trade unions, the agreement was signed by the LCGB, described as the majority union within the two companies, together with the OGBL and the management of CFL cargo and CFL technics.

The agreement includes:

  • an increase in the end-of-year allowance;
  • an additional seniority leave day;
  • the introduction of phased early retirement;
  • various improvements and clarifications regarding working conditions.

The trade unions noted that the agreement was the result of constructive social dialogue and combines tangible improvements for employees with support for the companies' objectives.
