BGL BNP Paribas yesterday held the official inauguration of its Bereldange agency which has been significantly transformed as a means of encouraging a spirit of friendliness and customer service.
The new agency, at 70 Route de Luxembourg, aims to focus on customer reception combined with the forefront of modern technology, including iPads, free WiFi and video conferencing. To promote customer exchange, the agency has dispensed with physical machines, with advisors instead greeting clients and guiding them through each process. A self-banking space has been made available for the withdrawal and deposit of money.
The premises are the bank's second to open this month, following the opening of the Boulevard Royal premises in early October.
Jean Kalmes, Director of the new Bereldange agency, and the eight person-strong team will be available from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 13:30 until 16:30 Monday to Friday, or from 08:30 until 17:30 by appointment.
