The Fondation Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung (FLB) has announced the release of its new 2026 calendars and diaries in large print - adapted for visually impaired people, but useful for everyone.
Designed by specialists at the FLB's Institut Betty Hirsch (IBH) and entirely developed and produced in Luxembourg, these products were originally created to facilitate reading for people with a visual impairment through extra-large fonts and high contrast. They also cater to a wider audience, including older people, those who prefer larger text for visual comfort or anyone seeking improved readability in daily life.
Available products:
- 2026 Calendar (A4 format, 73 pages, wall-mounted): clear display, large font and a layout specially designed for maximum readability;
- 2026 Diary (A5 format, 130 pages, spiral-bound): weekly layout with colour-coded days, extra-large font and a structure that facilitates organisation.
Orders can be placed via a form available on the FLB website: https://flb.lu/fr/ibh/calendriers2026/
For many years, the FLB has been working to improve the quality of life of blind and visually impaired people in Luxembourg. Through various projects and initiatives, the foundation is committed to promoting the autonomy and social inclusion of this community.
