On Friday 26 June 2026, the Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA) announced the recall of Nutella Croissant x4 , produced by the Nutella brand, due to the possible presence of metallic foreign bodies in the product.
The following product has been recalled from various points of sale in Luxembourg: "Nutella Croissant x4" by Nutella brand, with barcode 8000500413654, lot number L127Z39- and use-by date 7 May 2027. The product was distributed at various points of sale across Luxembourg.
According to the ALVA, the risk level has been classified as “orange”, indicating a moderate danger. Consumers who have purchased the affected product are strongly advised not to consume it and to return it to the place of purchase.
The recalled product remains non-compliant until it is removed from circulation.
