The Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) has announced a series of upcoming events that will take place until Monday 16 June 2025.
LUCC is running the “Empower to Employ” project, with the support of Fonds Européens Luxembourg (FSE+ European Funds Luxembourg) and Luxembourg’s Ministry of Labour. The project aims to help Ukrainians integrate into the Luxembourg job market by increasing visibility and supporting integration through networking.
All events are free of charge to attend for members, but prior registration is often required.
Sunday 18 May 2025: Move and Meet:
This is a family friendly event titled: Move, Create and Connect! Special guest, Yana Yarish, a professional Ukrainian figure skating coach, will lead a fun family fitness session. There will be an art corner for children and a shared picnic. The event will take place in Park Hesperange on Sunday 18 May 2025 from 15:00 to 18:00. Monday 19 May 2025: Project Management Essentials:
An introductory lecture, “Project Management: Key Roles, Lifecycle & Planning Essential”, will be followed by a networking and shared picnic event. Thursday 22 May 2025: Legal Networking:
A practical lecture, “Investment funds, compliance, and KYC (Know Your Customer) - three pillars of Luxembourg’s legal and financial sector”, will be followed by a presentation titled “Legal Insights & Networking with Luxembourg Experts”. Sunday 1 Jun: 2025 Move & Meet: Relax Weekend:
This is described as “a vibrant afternoon combining family time, fresh air and professional networking”. The programme includes “Yoga on the Grass” for all levels, led by Ukrainian fitness trainer Oksana Phill, as well as a Quiet Zone for children and adults to relax, unwind and share a picnic.
